  • 6 c. sliced peaches
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

    Cook 3 cups peaches and 1/4 cup sugar until mixture comes to a boil.

    Add remaining sugar, butter, salt and cornstarch.
