- 6 c. sliced peaches
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
Directions

1Cook 3 cups peaches and 1/4 cup sugar until mixture comes to a boil.

2Add remaining sugar, butter, salt and cornstarch.

3Cook until clear and glossy.

4Place remaining peaches in cooked pastry shell.

5Pour hot mixture over peaches.

6Chill until cold.
