- 4 c. fresh peaches
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cream of cornstarch
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Cook 2 cups of the peaches with water, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick.

2Cool and add lemon juice.

3Add remaining 2 cups of peaches and put in a baked crust.

4Cool and serve with whipped cream.
