- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 or 7 ripe peaches (5 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. butter
- pastry for a 2 crust pie, rolled out
Directions

1Peel and slice peaches and mix with all other ingredients except the crust.

2Pour all into the crust and cover with the second crust.

3Vent and decorate as desired.

4Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes and then lower temperature to 350° and bake another 40 minutes.

5Serve warm with ice cream.
