- 3 Tbsp. cooking tapioca
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt or salt substitute
- 2 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 2 c. sliced red plums
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- pastry for 2 crust 9-inch pie
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Combine tapioca, sugar, peaches, plums and lemon juice.

2Let stand 15 minutes.

3Roll half of pastry and line 9-inch pie pan. Use rest for top crust or lattice top.

4Dot with butter, then put topping on.

5Bake at 425° for 55 minutes or until done.
