- 1 c. softened butter or margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. chopped fresh peaches
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3In mixer bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

4Add eggs one at a time; beat well.

5Combine flour, soda and salt.

6In another bowl, mix sour cream and peaches.

7Fold dry ingredients into creamed mixture alternately with peach mixture.

8Stir in vanilla and almond extracts.

9Pour batter into prepared pan; bake at 350° for 75 to 80 minutes.
