  • peaches
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Place cooked halves of peaches in bottom of pudding dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients as given and pour over peaches.

    Bake until golden brown at 350° for approximately 35 minutes.

    Serve with milk or cream.
