Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 each eggs
  • 1 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 2 pounds cream cheese unwrapped and warmed in microwave 2 minutes on high.
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 5 jumbo eggs out of shell and warmed for 25 seconds on high
  • 1 can peaches drained and pureed, (1 pound)
  • 13 cup amaretto liqueur or grand marnier liqueur
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

    Beat sugar and butter until light.

    Blend in egg and flour.

    Mix well and spread onto bottom of 10-inch springform pan.

    Bake at 450F (230C) for 10 minutes.

    Mix the remaining ingredients together, and pour over crust.

    Let set in refridgerator.
