- 4 lb. country-style ribs (serving size pieces)
- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) jar strained junior peaches
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Place ribs in Dutch oven, cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender, 1 to 2 hours.

2Drain meat and place in a glass 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Combine peaches, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger; pour over meat.

4Let marinate in refrigerator overnight.

5Drain well, reserving marinade.
