Ingredients
- 4 cups peaches
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon allspice
- 12 teaspoon ground cloves
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 12 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons liquid pectin
Directions

1Toss peaches with lemon juice.

2Combine peaches and spices in a large pot.

3Bring to rolling boil.

4Add sugar and boil for one minute.

5Remove from heat.

6Add pectin.

7Stir well and skim off foam.

8Immediately spoon into hot sterilized jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.

9Wipe rims, secure lids and rings.

10Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

11Set jars on a towel to cool.

12Check for seals.
