  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavored gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/3 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 3/4 c. thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 1 (1 lb.) can sliced peaches, drained and chopped or 1 pkg. frozen peaches, thawed
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Add cold water and chill until thickened.

    Blend in yogurt and whipped topping.

    Stir in peaches and pecans.

    Pour into 8 x 4-inch loaf pan and chill until firm.
