- 4 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- powdered sugar
Directions

2the peanuts lightly in the oven; cool and grind. Boil the sugar with 2 cups of water until mixture forms a hard ball in cold water (240°). Add the ground peanuts and continue

3cooking, stirring constantly, until bottom of the pan can be seen in the wake of the spoon. Remove from flame.
