  • 2 lb. peanuts, unsalted and skinned
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • powdered sugar

    the peanuts lightly in the oven; cool and grind. Boil the sugar with 2 cups of water until mixture forms a hard ball in cold water (240°). Add the ground peanuts and continue
