- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick Parkay margarine
- 1/2 c. white Karo
Directions

1Put ingredients in iron skillet and start heating.

2Have oven hot and partial parch 2 cups peanuts (about 1/2 done).

3Take out of oven and dump in skillet of mixture above.

4Turn stove eye on high.

5Cook 2 or 3 minutes until syrup is caramel light.

6Set off stove and add 1 teaspoon soda.

7Stir for a minute.
-
8Pour in 2 greased cookie pans.

9Smooth down.
-
10When cold, break into pieces. Keep in tight covered container.
