  • 3 or 4 homemade biscuits or 2 c. sliced old bread
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 3/4 to 2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg in bowl.

    Add milk, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and cinnamon.

    Grease casserole bowl or spray with Pam.

    Crumble biscuits (these work best) or bread into milk mixture.

    Pour into greased casserole dish.

    Bake about 1 hour at 350° to 375° until tester comes clean.

    Serves 3 or 4.
