  • 4 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups granulated white sugar
  • 2 vanilla beans, split and scraped
  • 15 egg yolks
  • 4 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups honey
  • 3 cups high-quality strawberry jam
