  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 32 ounces semisweet chocolate

    In a stand mixer or by hand, stir peanut butter and salt together.

    Gradually add powdered sugar until a thick dough is formed.

    Shape into balls or discs, and freeze for 1 hour or until solid.

    Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

    Dip prepared peanut butter mixture in chocolate to coat thoroughly.

    Freeze for 2 hours or more and enjoy! These can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for several days or in the freezer for several months.
