- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 32 ounces semisweet chocolate
Directions

1In a stand mixer or by hand, stir peanut butter and salt together.

2Gradually add powdered sugar until a thick dough is formed.

3Shape into balls or discs, and freeze for 1 hour or until solid.

4Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

5Dip prepared peanut butter mixture in chocolate to coat thoroughly.

6Freeze for 2 hours or more and enjoy! These can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for several days or in the freezer for several months.
