  • 2 c. crushed vanilla wafer cookies
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 2 (8 oz.) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (small) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 c. cold milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Stir together cookie crumbs, nuts and butter; press into bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. With electric mixer, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and peanut butter. Stir in 1 container of whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
