- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust, baked
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 c. chopped, dry roasted and salt free peanuts
Directions

1Press half of the ice cream into crust.

2In small bowl, stir corn syrup and peanut butter until well blended.

3Pour half of the mixture over ice cream.

4Sprinkle with half the nuts; repeat layering.

5Freeze until firm, about 5 hours.

6Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes for easy cutting.
