- 6 lb. pears (28 to 30)
- 4 lb. sugar
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Peel pears and cut up.

2Grind pears with large cutter.

3Cook juice and pears together; add sugar.

4Cook until thick (1 hour approximately), stirring frequently.

5Add pineapple; cook 20 minutes or longer.

6Put into hot jars and seal.

7Makes 8 pints.
