Ingredients

  • 2 ounces, weight Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese, Sharp Or Mild
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 whole Small Yellow Onion, Grated Or Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 cups Pecans, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Parsley, Finely Chopped

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients with half of the parsley.

    Form into a ball or small log.

    Wrap tightly with plastic.

    Chill for about 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.

    Roll in remaining parsley.

    Serve on a white plate with sprinkled parsley and crackers.
