- 20 Ritz crackers
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Fold in sugar and baking powder. Add broken up crackers (grated fine).

4Bake in 9 inch pie plate that has been greased and floured.

5Bake 20-25 minutes in 350° oven.
