- 3/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in bowl.

4Combine the milk, butter and eggs in a bowl.

5Next, add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

6Spoon batter into well-buttered muffin tins.

7Bake for 25 minutes.
