  • 1/2 cup toasted, chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 Tb lemon juice, divided
  • 1 Tb olive oil
  • 4 tilapia fillets

    Preheat oven to 375. Combine pecans, cheese, parsley, 2 Tb lemon juice, and oil. Place fish in baking dish and spread with pecan mixture. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice.
