  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. pecan pcs or possibly halves
  • 2 (8 inch) pie shells

    Heat oven to 375 degrees.

    Beat Large eggs, sugar, butter and syrup well.

    Fold in pecans, add in 1 tsp.

    vanilla.

    Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shells.

    Bake 40 to 50 min.

    This makes two 8-inch pies, dividing ingredients into the 2 pie shells.
