  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell

Directions

    Add sugar, salt, butter and syrup to eggs.

    Fold in pecans. Pour into unbaked pastry shell and bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes, until set and pastry browned.
