  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. maple (pancake) syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly, adding syrup and milk.

    Slowly add dry ingredients, which have been mixed together, pecans, vanilla and butter.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and cook slowly at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
