- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. maple (pancake) syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly, adding syrup and milk.

2Slowly add dry ingredients, which have been mixed together, pecans, vanilla and butter.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell and cook slowly at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
