  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white syrup
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans, broken

Directions

    Combine sugar and syrup.

    Add eggs, butter, vanilla and nuts. Mix well and pour into uncooked 9-inch pastry-lined pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°.

    Lower temperature to 300° and cool for 35 minutes.
