- 1 c. white Karo syrup
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. broken pecan meat
- 5 egg whites, well beaten
- vanilla to taste
Directions

1Cream margarine, sugar and egg yolks.

2Add syrup, vanilla and pecans; stir well.

3Fold in egg whites.

4Pour mixtures into unbaked pastry shell and bake slowly at 325° for 1 hour, until custard like in consistency.
