  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

  1. 1
    Cream butter, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, extract and syrup. Stir well; add pecans.
  2. 2
    Pour in unbaked crust and bake in a 400° oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 minutes.
