  • 1 c. white syrup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Beat corn syrup, sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt with a fork until well mixed.

    Stir in pecan pieces.

    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then bake at 350° for 35 minutes more.
