  • 1/4 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

Directions

    Mix sugar, corn syrup and butter.

    Bring to boiling point. Beat the eggs gradually.

    Add syrup mixture.

    Add pecans, salt and vanilla.

    Stir.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375°.
