- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans, broken into pieces
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter or oleo; add syrup and salt; beat well. Beat in eggs, one at a time; add pecans.

2Pour into 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan.

3Bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour until filling is set or knife inserted in center comes out clean.
