- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 2 large onions, chopped fine
- 6 beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. melted butter or oleo
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Shape into bite size balls and freeze on cookie sheet until firm. Store in plastic bag in freezer and bake as many as needed at 350° for about 20 minutes.
