Spinach Balls

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 2 large onions, chopped fine
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 c. melted butter or oleo
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Shape into bite size balls and freeze on cookie sheet until firm. Store in plastic bag in freezer and bake as many as needed at 350° for about 20 minutes.

    Serve hot on toothpicks.
