- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 pie crust
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, slightly beat the eggs.

2Stir in the light corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter (or margarine) and salt. Add the chopped pecans and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla to mixture.

3Pour into pie crust.

4Bake on a preheated cookie sheet at 375° until center is set when gently shaken, about 30 to 35 minutes.

5Let cool and enjoy!
