  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 pie shell

Directions

    Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, sugars and flour; beat well.

    Add butter; mixing well.

    Stir in pecans; pour filling into shell. Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Yields one pie or 8 tarts.
