  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. pecans

    Beat eggs, add all other ingredients, mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie crust.

    Bake 15 minutes at 400° turn down to 325° to bake another 30 to 40 minutes.
