  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup or white
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Beat together first 5 ingredients with rotary beater.

    Mix well; add pecans.

    Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pan.

    Bake until set and pastry is nicely browned at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve cold or slightly warm.
