  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Mix in syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla and salt. Add nuts.

    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Filling should be slightly unset in the center than around edge.
