  • 1 prepared pie crust (uncooked with no holes in it)
  • 1 to 2 c. chopped or whole pecans
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. hot Karo syrup
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oleo

Directions

    Cover bottom of crust with however many pecans you want to use.

    Mix ingredients well and pour over pecans in crust.

    Preheat oven.

    Cook at 350° in the middle of the oven until pie puffs up, about 20 to 30 minutes.

    Cool and enjoy.
