  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Blue Bonnet margarine
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 plain pie crust

Directions

    Cream sugar and butter; add syrup and salt and beat well. Beat in eggs one at a time; add pecans. Stir in well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Place in 350° oven for 1 hour. Check by inserting a knife in center of pie. If clean, pie is done. Allow to cool well before serving.
