- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine (melted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) cold margarine cut into pieces
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1For bar cookie crust:

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Spray 13 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.

4In a large bowl with mixer, at medium speed, beat flour, margarine, sugar and salt until mixture resembles coarse crumbles.

5Press firmly into bottom of pan and 1/4 inch up sides of pan.
