Pecan Pie Bars

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. cold butter
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. almond brickle bits
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Spread this over baked crust.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until golden. Cool.

    Chill completely.

    Cut into small (these are very rich) diamond shaped bars.

    Store covered in the refrigerator.
