  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Karo syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Combine first four ingredients and pour into a jelly roll pan. Bake 20 minutes.

    Combine remaining ingredients and add to jelly roll pan mixture.

    Bake 25 minutes, until set.
