- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. pecan halves
- 12 frozen tart shells
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.

3Stir in vanilla and pecans.

4Pour into tart shells and place on baking sheet.

5Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is slightly firm.

6Let cool.

7Makes 12 tarts.
