  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 2/3 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. pecan halves

Directions

    Beat together the eggs, sugar, salt, butter and corn syrup. Pour into tart shells.

    Put pecan halves on top of tart shells. Bake at 350° to 375° for approximately 40 minutes or until pie is set and pastry is nicely browned.
