- 1 c. butter
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- pecans
Directions

1Mix 1 cup butter, cream cheese and flour to make dough.

2Press into miniature cupcake tins to form crusts.

3Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.

4Fill crusts 1/2 full.

5Place 1 or 2 whole pecans on each pie, or use crushed pecans to cover each pie.

6Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

7Makes 5 to 6 dozen tassies.
