- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (15 ounce) cans Hormel chili without beans
- 1 (12 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Prepare macaroni, drain.

2In large skillet, melt butter. Add green pepper, and onion and cook until tender.

3Add chili, corn, and seasonings.

4Simmer on low heat 5 minutes.

5Stir in macaroni and top with cheese. Cover and heat on low 5 minutes.
