Ingredients

  • 3 lb. beef for stew or pork loin (I use the loin)
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. mustard (regular)
  • 2 lemon slices or 1/8 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook meat in crock-pot.

    Take out and shred.

    Put back in crock-pot and add sauce after you make it.
