- Marinade:
- 1tsp sherry
- 1tsp minced ginger
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- Peking Sauce:
- 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp water 1 tsp cornstarch (premix with a little water til smooth)
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp ice water
