  • 1 pound of pro ribs or chops cut into pieces
  • Marinade:
  • 1tsp sherry
  • 1tsp minced ginger
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Peking Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp water 1 tsp cornstarch (premix with a little water til smooth)
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp ice water
