  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 (6 oz.) pectin
  • 1/4 c. hot pepper (whole)
  • 3/4 c. bell pepper (whole)

Directions

    Grind both peppers up fine, seeds and all.

    Boil sugar and vinegar for 1 minute; add pectin while boiling.

    Let set a few minutes; strain through cheesecloth.

    Add green food coloring.
