Ingredients

  • if you making 12 you need 1 egg white
  • a tray with grease proff paper on
  • icing sugar about 3 cups
  • a few drops of peppermint escence
  • you can add colour to them if you wish

Directions

    first of all whip your egg white till fuffy & white then slowly fold(not whip) in the icing sugar & flavor (& the colouring if adding )

    mix in well till you can form peeks in it then spoon on to the tray with a teaspoon leave to set in the fridge for about an hour
  3. 3
    take out & enjoy
